Summary

We are looking for a Strategic Delivery Captain to tame the chaos of innovation. At KoiReader, we are building complex, multidisciplinary AI solutions for the world's largest supply chains. We don't need a checkbox manager; we need a leader who can align our AI Engineers, Sales Leaders, and Supply Chain experts to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with measurable ROI. You will be the "Command Center" for our technical delivery, ensuring that our groundbreaking technology translates into business value.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Engine: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects (AI/Computer Vision). You own the timeline from "Concept" to "Cash," ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Governance & Standards: Don't just follow processes; build them. Establish and enforce robust project management frameworks (Agile/Hybrid) that bring order to a fast-paced R&D environment.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the glue between diverse teams—AI Research, Software Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Sales. You ensure everyone is marching to the same beat.

Value Realization (ROI): It’s not a success unless it pays off. You will track and demonstrate the clear Business Impact and ROI of every project to stakeholders.

Executive Storytelling: You are the master of the narrative. Create visually compelling, data-driven PowerPoint presentations that give the C-Suite and Clients a clear view of project health and risks.

Risk Commander: Proactively identify bottlenecks and technical risks before they become fires. You are expected to have a "Plan B" for every scenario.

Skills & Requirements

The PM Toolkit: Deep expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with a PMP or equivalent certification.

Multidisciplinary DNA: You have a rare mix of experience across Supply Chain (Logistics/Procurement) and Technology (AI/IT). You speak both "Business" and "Code."

Tool Mastery: Proficiency in modern project management suites (Wrike, Jira, Asana, MS Project). You know how to set up workflows that automate reporting.

Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable challenging stakeholders and presenting to Executives.

PowerPoint Wizardry: You can turn complex data into clean, executive-level slides.

Resilience: You thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments where requirements change fast. You bring calm to the storm.

Brownie Points

Technical Context: Experience managing Computer Vision or AI projects specifically. You understand the lifecycle of an ML model.

Consulting Background: Experience in a client-facing role (Account Management or Consulting) where you had to manage client expectations.
