In this role, you will own the end-to-end Product Development Process (PDP), ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, engineering execution, and business priorities. You will also design, build, and maintain automated workflows using an enterprise orchestration platform to improve operational efficiency and streamline product delivery. This role combines engineering expertise, process design, and product thinking to drive measurable improvements across multiple teams. It offers an opportunity to influence organizational practices and contribute directly to an AI-first approach to software development.

Align product development processes with product strategy, ensuring clear connections between strategic objectives, initiatives, and engineering epics.
Establish consistent working practices across product divisions, fostering alignment and trust among Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
Build, maintain, and operate process automation using Camunda 8, ensuring a reliable and scalable foundation for both product development tracks.
Manage the automation lifecycle, including source control, testing, test environments, monitoring, integration maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
Design and implement agentic workflows that use the organization's own orchestration platform to support internal product development activities.
Apply lessons learned from internal workflow implementations to identify opportunities for product improvements and share actionable feedback with product teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve engineering operations, simplify workflows, and increase the effectiveness of product development.
Combine hands-on technical execution with strategic process ownership, ensuring that solutions are practical, user-focused, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated experience combining product thinking, process design, and technical implementation, with the ability to assess workflow usability and build effective solutions directly.
Hands-on engineering experience, including writing code and scripts, working with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and debugging integrations.
Proven experience designing, owning, and improving product or engineering processes within a software organization of 100 or more engineers.
Practical experience building AI agents or agentic workflows that perform meaningful tasks in real-world environments, beyond experimentation or proof-of-concept projects.
Strong understanding of product development workflows, operational processes, and the relationship between product strategy and engineering execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, and leadership teams toward shared processes and objectives.
A proactive, hands-on mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities, ownership, and the capacity to balance strategic thinking with implementation details.
Willingness and ability to use the organization's own orchestration platform to design and implement workflows and improve internal operations.
Familiarity with BPMN, Camunda, or other workflow automation engines is an advantage.
Previous experience in product operations, developer experience, or platform engineering is considered a plus.
