Software Development Lead


Job requirements
Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specifically in Salesforce CPQ development and implementation Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, focusing on multi-dimensional quoting, product configuration, and complex pricing models
  • Implement and optimize contract management and renewals processes within Salesforce CPQ to drive operational efficiency
  • Configure advanced approvals and pricing rules to support business requirements and ensure compliance
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance custom scripts and quote templates to support unique business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality CPQ enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability
  • Document solution designs, configurations, and customizations to facilitate ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
    • Required Skills:
  • Salesforce CPQ configuration and development
  • Multi-dimensional quoting implementation
  • Product bundling and configuration in Salesforce CPQ
  • Advanced approvals setup and management
  • Complex pricing rule configuration in Salesforce CPQ
  • Custom script development for Salesforce CPQ
  • Quote template design and customization
  • Apex programming
  • Visualforce development
  • Salesforce CPQ API integration
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce Lightning component development
  • Salesforce Flow automation
  • DocuSign or e-signature integration with Salesforce CPQ
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist credential
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or higher
