Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer (E2 Level) with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performance digital solutions.
Experience Required:
6–8 Years overall IT experience
4+ Years in OutSystems development
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop web and mobile applications using OutSystems
Implement scalable, reusable, and high-performance application modules
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Work on database design, data modeling, and performance optimization
Customize UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where required
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Support deployment and release management activities
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders for requirement gathering
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in OutSystems (Service Studio & Integration Studio)
Knowledge of:
Reactive Web & Mobile App development
API integrations (REST/SOAP)
SQL and database concepts
Experience in performance tuning and application optimization
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Version control and DevOps exposure
Preferred Skills
OutSystems certification (Associate/Professional Developer)
Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to microservices architecture
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder interaction
Ability to mentor junior developers
