Foundation JavaScript – E2
Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Developer (E2 Level) with strong fundamentals in core JavaScript and modern front-end development practices. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications and mentoring junior developers.
Experience Required:
5–8 Years overall IT experience
Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript development
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using core JavaScript (ES6+)
Write clean, modular, and reusable code
Implement asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await)
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Debug and troubleshoot complex front-end issues
Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams
Implement REST API integrations
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure best practices in coding standards and security
Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Core JavaScript (ES6/ES7+)
DOM manipulation
Event handling
Closures, prototypes, scope, hoisting
Deep understanding of:
Asynchronous programming
Error handling
Browser rendering lifecycle
Experience with:
HTML5 & CSS3
RESTful APIs
Git version control
Knowledge of debugging tools (Chrome DevTools)
Preferred Skills
Experience with frameworks like React / Angular / Vue
Understanding of TypeScript
Exposure to Node.js (basic knowledge)
Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite)
Understanding of CI/CD practices
