Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer with 4+ years of overall experience in software development and hands-on expertise in building and deploying Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI integrations, and scalable AI application development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs.
Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, document processing, and content generation systems.
Develop and optimize prompts for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
Fine-tune open-source models where required.
Integrate AI models with enterprise applications via APIs and microservices.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for AI training and inference.
Ensure responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and data security.
Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams for production deployment.
Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models like Llama, Mistral, etc.).
Hands-on experience with:
LangChain / LlamaIndex
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
RAG architecture
REST API development (FastAPI / Flask).
Understanding of embeddings and semantic search.
Experience deploying AI applications on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with fine-tuning or LoRA/PEFT techniques.
Knowledge of MLOps practices.
Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem.
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
Exposure to multimodal AI (image + text models).
