We are looking for talented Frontend Engineers to build sophisticated, AI-native interfaces for enterprise supply-chain and decision-support applications. This is not a traditional SaaS frontend role; you will work on complex product surfaces including workflow builders, data grids, canvases, maps, visualizations, and configurable applications operating on large and evolving datasets.
The role is open across SDE II, SDE III/Senior, and Staff levels, with level determined by technical depth, ownership, problem-solving ability, and organizational influence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own frontend product surfaces end-to-end, from problem definition and architecture through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Build sophisticated, data-heavy workflows and enterprise applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Design reusable component systems, frontend architectures, and clear boundaries across state, APIs, and product domains.
- Develop complex interfaces including workflow builders, data grids, canvases, dashboards, maps, visualizations, and configurable applications.
- Solve challenging frontend problems involving rendering, data fetching, permissions, partial data, error handling, and long-running workflows.
- Design effective state-management and asynchronous data-flow solutions for complex user interactions.
- Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, reliability, and scalability across large datasets.
- Develop robust automated tests and improve frontend testing practices and coverage.
- Contribute to frontend observability, debugging, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Improve developer experience through reusable tooling, patterns, libraries, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and domain experts to translate complex business workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Evaluate technical approaches and communicate architectural decisions, alternatives, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, maintainability, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical growth at Senior and Staff levels.
- At Staff level, establish frontend architecture and technical direction across multiple teams or product surfaces while remaining hands-on.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade frontend applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern browser fundamentals, frontend architecture, rendering, state management, and asynchronous workflows.
- Proven experience owning complex product features or frontend surfaces end-to-end, beyond implementing isolated UI components.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, permissions, error handling, testing, and frontend performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable and reusable component systems, frontend patterns, and architecture.
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions, alternatives, trade-offs, challenges, and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and solving ambiguous technical and product problems.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Backend, Data, and other technical teams.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, B2B products, analytics platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex applications is an advantage.
- Experience with workflow builders, editors, canvases, data grids, dashboards, configurable applications, or data visualization is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, monorepos, shared component libraries, or design systems is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise permissions, frontend observability, or web-performance optimization is beneficial.
- Experience working closely with backend and data-platform teams is an advantage.
- For Senior-level roles, proven ability to own major product surfaces and make sound architecture, performance, and quality decisions.
- For Staff-level roles, demonstrated ability to establish technical direction, create leverage through architecture and standards, mentor engineers, and influence multiple teams while staying hands-on with code.
