Job Description – QA Automation Developer (Java + Selenium)
Role:Developer – QA Automation (Java with Selenium)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Developer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will lead testing teams, drive automation initiatives, and ensure high-quality product releases across web and mobile applications.
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
6–9 years of professional experience in testing
6+ years of hands-on automation implementation for web and mobile applications
Strong expertise in Selenium with Java
5+ years of people/team management experience
1+ year of experience managing projects using microservices architecture (API, REST, cloud platforms)
Strong knowledge of software quality methodologies and SDLC
Hands-on experience with ALM/test management tools
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of performance and load testing concepts
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft, Java, and Web technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience establishing automation frameworks, standards, and methodologies
Ability to review new requirements and define automation strategy
Experience building automation regression repositories across projects
Experience evaluating and improving existing applications’ automation coverage
Key Responsibilities
Lead testing teams with strong hands-on technical involvement
Take ownership of product and release quality
Design comprehensive Test Strategy covering:
Functional testing
Performance testing
Security testing
Accessibility
Compatibility
Perform functional testing (manual & automation) and defect reporting
Manage automation frameworks and ensure scalability
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend quality improvements
Work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams
Perform additional quality-related tasks as required by business needs
