Job Summary

Role: Dell Boomi Developer

Exp: 5+ years

Loc: Hyderabad(WFO)

Required Technical Skill Set: Dell Boomi Integration and API management.

Must-Have:

Support Skills

- Managing Incidents and Service Requests raised by Business and IT Team
- Response and resolution as per SLA
- Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
- Performing Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues
- Need working experience on Dell Boomi Connectors like Disk, FTP, Mail, Database, Web Services Listener, HTTP Client, Trading Partner,Snowflake, Salesforce, Netsuit, Amazon S3.
- Need hands on experience in developing complicated Integration problems using Dell Boomi.
- Need to work in different data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, FLATFILE, EDI

Implementation Skills

- Requirements gathering from Business teams
- Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis
- Development of new requirements
- Experience in Dell Boomi integration and API management is must.

Soft Skills

- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English
- Positive attitude & Team player

Good-to-Have

- Knowledge of any other ERP like SAP, Oracle, Infor, MS Dynamics
