Job Description – Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer
Role: Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer
Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Technical Competencies
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting)
Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulers)
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development
Strong knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Permission Models
Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and Data Management
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce CLI
Deployment experience using Copado / CI-CD pipelines
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance best practices
Good communication and documentation skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience with CPQ, Einstein Activity Capture, or Sales Engagement
Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Jenkins, or automation pipelines
Experience with Python or Shell scripting
Exposure to Salesforce DevOps, monitoring, or debugging tools
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud with minimal guidance
Build and optimize Apex, LWC components, integrations, and automation features
Review existing implementations to improve performance, security, and reusability
Quickly understand new systems, document learnings, and support team members
Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases and share knowledge
Ensure deployment quality using CI/CD (Copado) and follow best practices
Provide L3 support for critical Salesforce components as required
