Senior AI Architect (GenAI & Agentic Systems)

Role Synopsis

As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of nextgeneration AI platforms for Castrol Industrial, including Agentic RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and AI-powered enterprise applications. You will define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures on AWS, integrating IoT, enterprise data, and GenAI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Solution Architecture

Design end-to-end architectures for:

Agentic RAG chatbots

o Multi-agent product discovery/search systems

AI over BI (natural language to insights)

o Text-to-code / database interaction systems

Define architecture patterns for Agentic AI, MCP, A2A frameworks

Design advanced RAG systems including:

o Graph RAG using Knowledge Graphs

o Hybrid retrieval (vector + structured data)

LLMOps, Evaluation & Governance

Define and implement LLMOps frameworks including:

Model lifecycle management o Prompt/version control o Monitoring and observability

Establish evaluation frameworks:

RAGAS, DeepEval, custom evaluation pipelines

Implement AI guardrails:

Hallucination control o Safety filters and response validation

Drive Responsible AI practices

Cloud & Platform Architecture

Architect AI solutions on AWS using:

Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch

Design for:

Multi-modal AI (text, image, IoT signals)

Streaming AI / real-time inference pipelines

Ensure cost-optimized architectures (FinOps for AI)

Data, Integration & Scalability

Define ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured data

Design event-driven, API-first, microservices architectures

Integrate IoT data streams into AI systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with business, product, and engineering teams

Drive architecture decisions and communicate to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical

Strong expertise in below and 10+ years of exp in AI:

Agentic AI, Agentic RAG

LangChain, LangGraph o LLMOps frameworks

Hands-on experience with:

Evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval) o Knowledge Graphs and Graph RAG o Guardrails and AI safety mechanisms

Cloud & Engineering

AWS (Bedrock, serverless stack)

CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code

Observability and monitoring

Advanced Capabilities

Multi-modal AI systems (text, image, IoT)

Real-time / streaming AI architectures

FinOps for AI (cost monitoring, optimization)
