Job Description
Overview:
Humana is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join the Information Marketplace (IM) team. The Information Marketplace is Humana’s enterprise-approved application for finding and understanding data in the organization’s information ecosystem. IM enables users to quickly locate and interpret the information they need to perform their roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting the Information Marketplace platform
Translate business requirements into robust software solutions, exercising independent interpretation and judgment
Develop front-end interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux
Build and optimize back-end services with Node.js
Standardize quality assurance procedures, oversee testing and debugging, and develop fixes to ensure software reliability
Integrate APIs and third-party services to expand IM capabilities
Investigate and resolve complex software-related issues, making necessary adjustments and providing recommendations
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Define architectures for full-stack applications, including microservices, APIs, and front-end frameworks, with DevOps, security, and scalability built in
Demonstrate passion for improving consumer experiences and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
