Job Title: Automation QA Engineer – Playwright
Role: Automation QA Engineer
Experience: 4–7 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern web application testing, API testing, and CI/CD integration, ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation test scripts using Playwright
Build and maintain test automation frameworks for web applications
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Execute automated test suites and analyze test results
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
Ensure test coverage and maintain reusable test assets
Support manual testing when required
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Testing
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience in Web Automation Testing
Experience with API Testing
Knowledge of Test Automation Framework Design
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
