Job Title: IAM Identity & Okta Engineer
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced IAM Identity & Okta Engineers to support identity and access management solutions using Okta and enterprise IAM tools. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Configure and manage Okta identity platform
Handle user lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Integrate applications with Okta using standard protocols
Perform access reviews and role-based access management
Troubleshoot authentication and access issues
Maintain IAM documentation and security standards
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
Support incident resolution and service requests
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Management
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts
Experience in SSO, MFA, and Federation
Experience with user provisioning workflows
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as:
SAML
OAuth
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Experience integrating enterprise applications with Okta
Strong troubleshooting skills in authentication and authorization
