Power Automate Developer (Japan-Aligned Role)
Location: India (Preferred) / UK (Early Shift Required)
Looking for an experienced Power Automate Developer to join immediately. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders in Japan, so alignment with Japan working hours is essential.
Key Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Power Automate development
Strong experience in building and managing automation workflows
Hands-on experience with language translation features in Power Automate
Ability to interact directly with business users and gather requirements
Good communication skills (experience working with international teams preferred)
Working Hours (Japan Alignment Required)
Candidates must be flexible to align with Japan Standard Time (JST).
India Candidates (Preferred Location)
Japan: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
India: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST (Early morning shift, but more manageable compared to UK)
UK Candidates (If Strong & Flexible)
Japan: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
UK: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM BST (Night/early morning shift required; only suitable for candidates comfortable with this schedule)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows
Work closely with Japan-based business users to gather and refine requirements
Implement language translation capabilities within automation solutions
Ensure timely delivery and support in a fast-paced environment
