Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our technological infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, networks, and applications. The IT Administrator will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for software applications and hardware devices.
• Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure system security and compliance.
• Evaluate and implement system upgrades and patches.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive Learner: Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technological changes.
• Shows initiative in self-directed learning and stays updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge in Linux, DevOps systems will be a plus.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field(or equivalent experience)
