Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 11am to 8pm IST

Must Have: Git, Jenkins, Control M, CI/CD, Linux, server management, Any scripting language but Shell scripting is preferred

Good to have: Jira, Appydynamics, Confluence,

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress manage expectations and ensure

stakeholders requirements are delivered

• Preserve relationships despite airing conflicting views and seeks mutual gains when

addressing conflicts

• Anticipate consequences and adapts problem solving based on continual feedback

• Act speedily to resolve problems queries and complaints

• Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences

• Research and identify ongoing issues and trends

• Propose solutions to stakeholders

• Co-ordinate, implement and monitor agreed solutions

• Work with relevant parties to provide oversight and support regarding changes to an

application, on request from any stakeholder, and once the change has been finalised,

deploy it into the testing environment

• Support and oversee the testing of the change, and once signed off, deploy into the live

environment and provide ongoing monitoring and support

• Resolve, communicate and as required escalate any issues or bottlenecks that arise during

the process

• Ensure that changes are deployed in a controlled manner in accordance with relevant

regulations policies and procedures

• Monitor the application to ensure it performs optimally within acceptable parameters

• Investigate diagnose resolve and or appropriately escalate problems

• Provide clients with second-level support

• Ensure applications are maintained according to FRG and RMBs governance risk and security

protocols and procedures

• Demonstrate pride in the organizations brand services and products by consistently

delivering on the brands promise

• Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently

and accurately maintained

• Stay relevant and up to date with legislations and new developments

• Maintain a positive attitude and respond openly to feedback

• Handle stress in ways that do not negatively impact others

• Plan and manage own workflow anticipating obstacles juggling priorities and following

through on objectives within agreed time frames and according to quality standards

• Control M knowledge and the ability to write PowerShell scrips.

• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Source control and code management through Git

• Understanding of tools like AppDynamics, Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in managing server environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science
