Job Description

Ensures a proper diagnostic of electrical, electronic & instrumentation problems, repair and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns. Ensure Proper Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance and Spare part management  of Production equipment assign to him.

Maintain an updated Electrical documentation in the area, Monthly report, Daily/Weekly, CBM reports, Spare part lists, History Card, RCA (Electrical & electronics plan, software backup, pneumatical, hydraulic drawings, ...)

Handling preventive & breakdown maintenance of Electrical, Electronic & Instrumentation components for all process machines(must required knowledge on Mixing, Extrusion and Calandering 

Provide Technical Support in terms of hardware (IPC’s, PLC's, Drives Systems, etc.) and software (product parametrization, High Level Programming, Siemens Software programming, Step-7, Starter, Simatic Manager & TIA portal, LAD,FBD,STL,SCL,CFC, etc.., Twin CAT etc.)  according to the Internal Organization matrix.

Ensure Skill Development of Teammates(Blue Collar) by Skill Evaluation / Training identify & Conduct Training time to time. 

Qualifications

Engineering graduate in Electrcial/Eelctrconics/Instrumentation engineering

5 years of Hands on experience in maintenance function in any tyre manufacturing unit.

Additional Information

Minimum 5 Years of  Work Experience

Experience in manufacturing or service sector pertaining to Project management .

Fluent English skills in written and spoken .
