This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Operations based in India.
This is a 3–6 month early-career opportunity within a global marketing and creative operations environment.
The role focuses on helping creative teams plan resources, manage workloads, and deliver projects efficiently.
You will use data, project management tools, AI, and automation to identify bottlenecks and improve operational workflows.
The position combines resource planning, process optimization, reporting, and external agency coordination.
You will work closely with creative professionals, program managers, and operations stakeholders across a distributed organization.
It offers practical exposure to how large-scale creative teams organize work, measure capacity, and improve delivery.
The role is particularly suited to an organized, analytical, proactive individual interested in creative operations, marketing, project management, AI, or automation.
Support capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resource requirements, identifying recurring gaps, and improving forecasting accuracy.
Work with creative and operations stakeholders to identify workload bottlenecks, skill gaps, resourcing challenges, and process inefficiencies.
Use project management dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workload, pipeline health, and opportunities for process automation.
Proactively monitor the creative pipeline and support the team in maintaining timely resourcing for business-as-usual creative requests.
Identify repetitive operational tasks that could be improved through AI, workflow automation, or enhanced process rules.
Implement and support AI-enabled workflow improvements for task assignment, workload summaries, capacity reporting, status updates, and recurring follow-ups.
Analyze workload and pipeline data using AI and reporting tools, turning raw information into actionable insights for creative leadership.
Audit agency and freelancer partnerships by reviewing scope, performance, costs, turnaround times, output quality, and alignment with resourcing requirements.
Support agency onboarding and changes to external partner scopes to improve flexibility and capacity.
Document standardized agency resourcing processes, including how external support is requested, assigned, tracked, reviewed, and measured.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university or degree program.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an interest in managing complex workflows and maintaining accurate operational information.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data, dashboards, reports, and performance patterns to develop practical recommendations.
Familiarity with project management platforms; experience with Asana reporting and automation is a strong advantage.
Genuine interest in AI and automation, including experience using AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to operational processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to identify problems, investigate their causes, and propose practical solutions independently.
Interest in creative operations, marketing, project management, or related career paths.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
3–6 month accelerator/internship opportunity designed for current students and recent graduates.
