About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise SaaS platform for global financial institutions.
This is a techno-functional leadership role that combines solution consulting, implementation management, programme delivery, stakeholder management, product configuration, and business transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers to understand business processes, design scalable solutions, configure the platform, and successfully deliver implementations while collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting:
- Lead client discovery and solution workshops.
- Understand business processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Design future-state business processes using the platform.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable product-based solutions.
- Define implementation strategy, rollout approach, and adoption roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
- Drive standardisation and minimise unnecessary customisation.
Programme & Project Management:
- Lead multiple enterprise implementation programmes simultaneously.
- Own project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
- Define implementation roadmaps and milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Drive programme governance and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead production rollout and post-go-live support.
Product Configuration & Functional Design
Configure and implement enterprise platform capabilities such as:
- Workflow automation
- Business process configuration
- Assessment templates
- Approval workflows

Product & Process Improvement
Partner with Product Management to:

- Capture customer feedback to influence future product strategy.
Required Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms.
- Experience leading end-to-end enterprise software implementations.
- Strong consulting and solutioning background.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise customers simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with large banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, or other regulated industries.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success.
