Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise web applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.
- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Build responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
