Job description

SCCM Administrator (4-6 Years)

Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering Windows Server patching, SCCM/MECM administration, agent management, compliance monitoring, and automation services across Production, DR, QA, and Development environments. The role ensures the security, compliance, and operational stability of the server estate through effective patch management, reporting, and service support.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the SCCM/MECM platform supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.
- Manage monthly Windows Server patching cycles, maintenance windows, and deployment schedules.
- Deploy, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain SCCM agents across the server estate.
- Perform server onboarding activities, including patch slot allocation and SCCM integration.
- Monitor and improve patch compliance, agent health, and vulnerability remediation.
- Produce operational reports covering patch compliance, server inventory, agent status, and remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to improve patching, reporting, and operational processes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities related to patching and SCCM services.
- Work closely with Windows Server Operations, application teams, security teams, and server owners to resolve compliance and operational issues.
- Maintain platform documentation and support audit, risk, and compliance requirements.
