BIM Engineer - Building Technology Systems

We are seeking a talented and motivated BIM Engineer specializing in Building Technology Systems (ICT, Audio Visual, Security, BMS) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies in our projects. This position requires proficiency in BIM software, a solid understanding of building technology systems, and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for building technology systems, including ICT, Security, Audio-Visua, and telecommunications.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure integration of various building systems within the BIM environment.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to minimize system conflicts during the design phase.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding best practices in BIM implementation and workflows.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of BIM execution plans, including defining project goals, processes, and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software developments related to BIM and building technology systems.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate BIM strategies and outcomes to clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in BIM practices and software tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and management for building technology systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building technology systems and their integration within architectural designs.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution processes in BIM-driven projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to building technology systems.
- Certification in BIM technologies (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
