Based in Noida office, as a Structural BIM Designer, you will support structural engineering for both new construction and brownfield mining, metals and other heavy industrial projects, influencing project outcomes from concept through completion. Your work will help our clients operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Proficiency in structural 3D modelling and drafting software (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong understanding of structural systems and detailing for steel, concrete, and reinforced concrete structures
Experience preparing detailed structural drawings, layouts, and material take-offs
Ability to interpret engineering markups and sketches
Experience coordinating with engineers and other disciplines to produce integrated design deliverables
Knowledge of 3D modelling and BIM workflows
Understanding of construction practices and sequencing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality drafting standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Effective English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Working hours will require up to 4 hours of overlap with North American time zone, until 12:00 a.m. IST.
Working proficiency in French language is desirable and will be considered an asset.
Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Technology or related discipline
8-10 years of relevant structural drafting and modelling experience (industrial, infrastructure, or buildings)
Membership of relevant professional bodies is desirable.
