Your expertise will help evaluate whether AI-generated reasoning is logically consistent, realistic, and applicable to real-world organizational environments. You will identify model errors and oversimplifications while providing structured feedback that can improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality. • Engage advanced language models with business scenarios, analytical and situational questions, strategy exercises, and management cases.
• Evaluate model responses for logical consistency, practical applicability, accuracy, and alignment with real-world business practices.
• Analyze topics including business operations, management principles, organizational behavior, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, supply chain fundamentals, and strategic planning.
• Identify and document model failure modes, errors, oversimplifications, and misunderstandings of organizational processes.
• Capture reproducible error traces and provide structured observations that can support model evaluation and improvement.
• Assess business case analyses, decision-making frameworks, market positioning strategies, and operational efficiency scenarios.
• Provide clear feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and the quality of AI reasoning.
• Explain reasoning and decision-making processes explicitly to help evaluate how models approach complex business problems.
• Identify situations where AI-generated responses may not adequately reflect practical organizational or business realities.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with business operations, management, organizational behavior, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, supply chain, strategic planning, or related areas.
• A background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable.
• Entry-level candidates with foundational business knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and identify inconsistencies.
• Ability to assess whether business strategies, decisions, and recommendations are realistic and applicable in professional environments.
