Experienced Professional, Digital Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in backend application development and Microsoft Azure deployment engineering. The role will primarily own backend services, APIs, integrations, data access, application security, CI/CD, cloud hosting, observability, and production readiness. The ideal candidate will also have working exposure to AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform and enough frontend understanding to collaborate effectively with React and TypeScript engineers.

1. Backend Engineering and API Ownership

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
Build secure REST APIs, integrations, and core business logic.
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Design and optimize data models, repositories, and data access layers.
Develop resilient integrations with internal and external systems using secure and asynchronous patterns.

2. Azure Deployment and Platform Engineering

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Build and manage services using Azure App Service, Functions, API Management, Storage, SQL, and Key Vault.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Implement monitoring, security, configuration management, and production readiness practices.
Contribute to containerization and Infrastructure as Code using Docker, Bicep, Terraform, or similar technologies.
Apply Azure best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

3. Multi-Cloud and Full Stack Collaboration

Apply cloud architecture principles across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Contribute to cloud deployment, security, and operational practices.
Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend services with React and TypeScript applications.
Support end-to-end application integration, troubleshooting, and AI-enabled solutions.

4. Architecture, Quality, and Deliver

Contribute to solution design, architecture, and technical estimations.
Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Perform code reviews and contribute to technical standards and reusable solutions.
Implement automated testing and support performance, security, and reliability.
Support end-to-end delivery, deployment, and production operations.

Must Have Qualifications
6-8 years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and backend design patterns.
Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and application security.
Experience with Azure App Service, Functions, API Management, Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
Experience with Git, automated testing, containers, and agile engineering practices.
Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web application architecture.
Experience with microservices, messaging, asynchronous processing, and distributed system integration patterns.
Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or GCP services, deployment models, and operational practices.
Experience with Kubernetes or managed container platforms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience implementing cloud architecture and deployment patterns across multiple cloud platforms.
Experience with event-driven architecture and serverless application development.
Exposure to AI-enabled applications, Azure AI services, LLM integrations, or Python-based services.
Experience building enterprise SaaS products or solutions for public-sector or regulated environments.
Exposure to GIS / geospatial features, map APIs, or document-driven platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a backend-oriented engineer with full-stack awareness who can independently own services, APIs, data, security, Azure deployments, and operational readiness. The candidate should be comfortable making sound technical decisions and collaborating closely with frontend, AI, cloud, and architecture teams. Azure expertise is the primary requirement; AWS and/or GCP exposure provides additional value and broader cloud perspective.
