· ActivelyparticipateforestablishmentofsafetymanagementsystemOHSAS18001&Environment Management System ISO 14001, along with Plant HR and Maint. Function.
· ParticipateinTPMActivitiesasperplantTPMStructurerequirements,forplantmanufacturingexcellence journey.
6. ContinuesImprovement
· Identifying and implementing measures increase productivity, such as cycle time reduction, automation, Process elimination and workflow improvements.
· Identifyingimprovementopportunitiesinmanufacturingprocessesrelatedareasforcostreduction,tooling cost reduction, consumable cost reduction, safety improvement, ergonomics and implement Kaizen.
· Manpowerreductionbylow-costautomation.
7. SafetyManagement
· Ensuredailyverificationofallsafetychecks,safetyPokaYokeinworkingcondition.
· ContinualidentificationandpromotionofprocessimprovementsforSafetycompliances.
