Job description
BE/B.Tech :: Electrical
Exp: 8 to 14 years
To ensure power supply to the plant.
To ensure efficient operation and maintenance with focus on energy saving projects and performance improvement, electrical safety and compliance.
To ensure 100% compliace with electrical statuory compliance and other relevant statutory regulations.
To prepare and managing power consumption summaries, power bills forecasting, load forecasting, annual maintenance budgets, power budgets, fuel budgets and budgets for CAPAX and OPEX.
To plan electrical power systems for various projects as well as to ensure cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
Responsible to get the work from subordinates and contractors for electrical activities as per preventive maintenance schedule.
Testing, commissioning of work done.
To monitor the operation of high tension and low tension substation.
Planning for preventive maintenance of all HT / LT panels, D. G. Sets, & cogen plant.
Co-ordinate for Environment, Health & Safety activities within the premises.
Responsible for planning and general management of electrical work, project activities as per cGMP requirements.
To ensure project activities as per the budget, design, drawing, quality and time.
Vendor development including factory inspection, material inspection on receipt, GRN & Bill approval.
Ensure contractor’s work as per cGMP requirements, checking of measurement and bills certification of all electrical work done.
