Job description

To Conduct shop floor Audits, Identification of Unsafe acts and conditions and work permits.
Awareness training on safety concepts. (Firefighting training, Safety tool box talks, pep talks)
Promoting safe practices at site.
Ensuring daily work permits & PPE compliance.
Knowledge on Fire Safety Equipment operation, maintenance/service. (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant and Fire alarm system)
Conducting periodical Safety committee meetings, work place monitoring's, mock drills & training...etc.
Reporting of near misses, unsafe actions & unsafe conditions on regular basis.
Knowledge on accident investigation.
Knowledge on ISO 45001 & 14001 system requirements.
Knowledge on HSE legal requirements.
Managing certification audits and system audits including internal and external.
Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
IT- Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge on monthly HSE reporting (Safety, Environment data).
