Job Purpose	To design, develop, test, deploy and support secure, scalable and maintainable application components under the guidance of senior engineers, while following coding standards, SDLC controls and business requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities	A- Minimum required Accountabilities for this role • Understand assigned user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications before development. • Develop clean, reusable and testable code in line with approved architecture, coding standards and secure-development practices. • Create and maintain unit tests; support API/UI/integration testing and defect resolution. • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives. • Use source control and CI/CD processes correctly; maintain required technical documentation and work-item updates. • Investigate application issues using logs and monitoring tools and support timely resolution with senior team members. • Comply with information-security, audit, change-management and production-release controls. B- Additional Accountabilities pertaining to the role • Continuously improve technical skills, contribute to reusable components/automation, and proactively identify code-quality or performance improvements.
Key Decisions / Dimensions	• Select implementation details within approved design and coding standards; escalate architecture, security, production-impact or scope decisions to the Team Lead/Senior Developer.\|Business Volume: Contributes to delivery and support of assigned application modules / user stories as per sprint and project plan.
Major Challenges	• Translating business requirements into reliable technical implementation while learning the existing application architecture. • Balancing delivery timelines with code quality, security, testing and production stability.
Required Qualifications and Experience	Qualifications • B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant software-development experience may apply. Work Experience • Hands-on academic, internship or professional exposure to application development using C# and .NET / .NET Core. • Good understanding of C#, OOP, ASP.NET Core Web API, REST APIs, databases and debugging. • Ability to understand requirements, ask clarifying questions and convert them into working code. • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum, Git and software testing practices. • Strong logical thinking, analytical ability and problem-solving approach. • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team. • Quick learner with a proactive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies. • Exposure to BFSI/NBFC applications, cloud platforms, containers or CI/CD would be an added advantage.
