Role: Exchange/O365 Administrator (SharePoint)
Location: New Delhi
The Role:
- Administer and support SharePoint Online.
- Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and features to ensure effective collaboration and secure information sharing.
- Work with business units to build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows tailored to their needs.
- Monitor system health, usage, and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and security policies.
- Support integration with other M365 tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint functionality.
- Assist in migrating legacy content to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, workflows, and document management.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint features and updates.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or on-premises).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, and content management.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell for SharePoint management and automation.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for building workflows and business apps.
- Solid understanding of permissions management, document libraries, metadata, and versioning.
- Experience with content migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft Migration Manager).
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
- Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- ITIL Foundation or experience working within IT service management frameworks
