Senior Architect - Agentic AI

Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Architect to design and deliver scalable AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.The role combines AI architecture, solution consulting and hands-on engineering. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define solution architecture and guide the development of production-ready AI solutions.Depending on the project, the role may focus on GenAI, LLM/RAG, Agentic AI, AI/ML, AI platforms or AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews and customer workshops.

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, GenAI, LLM and Agentic AI solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and production-ready AI solutions.

• Work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents and prompt engineering.

• Evaluate AI models, frameworks and cloud platforms based on business and technical requirements.

• Build PoCs and hands-on prototypes to validate AI solution approaches.

• Guide engineering teams in implementing and productionizing AI solutions.

• Design integrations between AI solutions and enterprise applications, APIs and data platforms.

• Define approaches for AI evaluation, testing, guardrails, security and responsible AI.

• Collaborate with cloud, data, engineering and DevOps teams on deployment and productionization.

• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable AI architecture patterns, accelerators and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML or related technology roles.

• 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI or LLM-based solutions.

• Strong experience with Python and/or modern programming languages.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings and AI APIs.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations.

• Good understanding of AI security, evaluation, testing and responsible AI.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.

• Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or similar frameworks.

• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.

• Experience with vector databases and enterprise search.

• Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Search or similar data/AI platforms.

What You'll Do Differently

This is not a purely documentation-focused architecture role. You will work across:

Business Problem → AI Strategy → Solution Architecture → Prototype → Production

The exact focus may vary by project, with opportunities to work as an AI Solution Architect, GenAI Engineer, Agentic AI Specialist or AI/ML Engineer.
