Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
Skill Requirements
- Design and develop enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks
- Define application architecture and design patterns for scalable and secure systems
- Lead end-to-end delivery including development, integration, testing, and deployment
- Implement and govern CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins/GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Design and manage cloud-native solutions (Azure/AWS) with focus on scalability and reliability
- Oversee database design and optimization (Oracle DB – schema, performance tuning, indexing)
- Drive API design and integration (REST, microservices, event-driven architecture)
- Ensure DevOps best practices (automation, monitoring, logging, release management)
- Collaborate with business and stakeholders for solution alignment and technical decisions
- Mentor teams, review code, and enforce engineering standards and best practices
