Develop efficient DAX calculations, optimize model performance, troubleshoot refresh issues, and improve report responsiveness using best practice tuning techniques.
Work with SQL databases, data warehouses, lake houses, APIs, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data sources to deliver reliable analytics solutions.
Design medallion-style analytical layers and curated reporting datasets for downstream consumption by Power BI and business users.
Implement security concepts including Row-Level Security, Object-Level Security, workspace access strategy, sensitivity labels, and data governance controls.
Leadership, Governance & Delivery
Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, application teams, and leadership to convert business needs into robust analytical solutions.
Mentor developers and analysts on Power BI, DAX, modeling, Fabric capabilities, performance optimization, and governance best practices.
Skill Requirements
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Data Platform delivery, with strong enterprise implementation exposure.
