Job Summary
Job Title: Integration Developer Summary The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions to support business transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, and Customer Experience domains. Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Development •Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and third-party applications. •Develop integration interfaces using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. •Create reusable integration frameworks, templates, and best practices. •Ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. SAP Integration Suite (CPI) •Develop and support: oiFlows oMessage Mappings oValue Mappings oGroovy Scripts oXML/XSLT Transformations oError Handling Frameworks •Configure and manage API-based and event-driven integrations. •Monitor and troubleshoot CPI interfaces and connectivity issues. API & Middleware Integration •Develop REST and SOAP-based integrations. •Design and consume APIs using SAP API Management and third-party API gateways. •Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and Basic Authentication. •Support integration patterns such as synchronous, asynchronous, and event-based communication. SAP & Non-SAP Integrations •Integrate SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, SAC, and other cloud applications. •Support integration with external systems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, banking platforms, and custom applications. •Develop interfaces using: oIDoc oRFC/BAPI oOData Services oREST APIs oSOAP Web Services oSFTP/File-Based Integrations Monitoring & Support •Monitor integration jobs and resolve production issues. •Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions. •Support incident, problem, and change management activities. •Ensure adherence to SLA and operational excellence standards. Security & Governance •Implement integration security standards and best practices. •Manage certificates, credentials, and secure communication channels. •Ensure compliance with enterprise integration governance frameworks. •Maintain documentation and technical specifications. Project Delivery •Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams. •Participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions. •Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment plans. •Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
