Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt L3 Engineer to provide advanced administration, support, troubleshooting, integration, and enhancement services for the Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. The role will act as the highest level of operational and technical support, ensuring stability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of the organization\'s IAM ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with IAM architects, application owners, Active Directory teams, cloud teams, security stakeholders, auditors, and Saviynt support teams to manage identity lifecycle processes, access governance, certifications, and provisioning workflows
Key Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management • Provide Level 3 support for Saviynt production incidents and service requests. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, campaigns, workflows, and connectors. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. • Collaborate with Saviynt support for product defects and escalations. • Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of critical issues. Platform Administration & Maintenance • Administer and maintain Saviynt EIC/IGA platform. • Manage security systems, endpoints, applications, entitlements, roles, and access policies. • Monitor jobs, task executions, imports, reconciliations, and system performance. • Support platform upgrades, patching, hotfix deployments, and version maintenance. • Perform housekeeping and performance optimization activities. Access Governance & Compliance • Configure and support access certifications and review campaigns. • Manage SoD policies, controls, exceptions, and remediation processes. • Support audit requirements by providing certification evidence, access reports, and system logs. • Ensure governance processes comply with security and regulatory standards. Integrations & Custom Development • Design, configure, and support Saviynt integrations with enterprise applications. • Manage connectors including: o Active Directory o Azure AD / Entra ID o ServiceNow o REST API Applications o Web Service Connectors o Database Connectors • Develop and troubleshoot provisioning workflows, business rules, and custom use cases. • Support reconciliation, user lifecycle management, and role management processes. Change & Enhancement Management • Implement configuration changes and continuous service improvements. • Enhance workflows, approval processes, reports, analytics, certifications, and role models. • Participate in design discussions and implementation of IAM solutions. • Support testing, validation, and production deployments. Reporting & Analytics • Develop and maintain Saviynt analytics and dashboards. • Create compliance, audit, and operational reports. • Develop advanced SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting. • Provide management reports and operational insights. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners. • Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and compliance teams. • Mentor L1/L2 support resources. • Create SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
Skill Requirements
5+ years hands-on experience in Saviynt EIC / Saviynt Cloud IGA. • Strong understanding of: o Security Systems o Endpoints o Entitlements o Application Roles o Request Workflows o Certifications o Campaigns o Analytics o User Lifecycle Management o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) o Segregation of Duties (SoD) Identity & Access Management • Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts. • Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes. • Provisioning and de-provisioning. • Access certification and governance. • Role engineering and role management. Integration & Development Skills • REST API integration. • Web Services Connector. • JSON and XML. • SQL query development and troubleshooting. • Saviynt Rules and Workflows. • Application onboarding and connector configuration. Directory & Cloud Services • Active Directory. • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID. • LDAP concepts. • SSO and Federation fundamentals. ITSM & Governance • Incident Management. • Problem Management. • Change Management. • ITIL-based support processes.
Other Requirements
10+ years overall IAM experience. • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Saviynt experience. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM environments. • Experience onboarding applications into Saviynt. • Experience working with global operations and compliance teams.
