Job Summary
Support the digital manufacturing backbone by connecting machine data, manufacturing workflows and shop-floor execution information into usable operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Support MES/DDMS data flows, production data capture, machine-cycle data visibility and digital manufacturing integration.
• Coordinate with automation, controls, IT and manufacturing teams to improve connectivity between equipment, sensors, dashboards, ERP/PLM data and shop-floor workflows.
• Define data capture requirements for cycle time, throughput, quality, downtime, test status and manufacturing execution visibility.
• Support digital work-instruction enablement, traceability requirements, manufacturing data quality and dashboard adoption readiness.
• Document current-state digital gaps, manual data capture points, system limitations and automation opportunities.
Skill Requirements
Automation, PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, machine connectivity, commissioning support, production data capture and shop-floor integration.
Yrs of exp : 8-10 yrs
Other Requirements
Desirable skills:
MES/MOM, DDMS, digital manufacturing, machine-cycle data, throughput dashboards, OT/IT integration, digital work instructions and manufacturing traceability.
Functional alignment:
Manufacturing and operational support; testing/validation; engineering tools, PLM/CAD/ERP and master data; digital monitoring and connectivity.
