Technical Lead

Job Summary

Configures and tunes document-extraction and AI capabilities, and builds the confidence-threshold logic that enables straight-through processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Document Intelligence extraction models for the relevant document types (structured fields, totals, entities, limits).
• Tune extraction against real client documents; define and measure per-field accuracy and correction rates.
• Integrate extraction output into downstream verification logic and the human-in-the-loop review experience.
• Design confidence-threshold and fallback logic for straight-through processing, with reporting that justifies each automation decision.
• Advise on AI capability licensing/metering considerations.

Skill Requirements

Must-have skills & experience

• 2+ years with ServiceNow Now Assist / Document Intelligence, or equivalent IDP platforms with transferable skills (extraction model training, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design).
• ServiceNow platform development fundamentals (Flow Designer, script includes) to integrate AI into workflows.
• Data-quality mindset with the ability to define and report accuracy metrics.

Nice to have

• Financial-document extraction experience (payment files, authority matrices, invoices).
• Understanding of Now Assist licensing/consumption models.
• Python or scripting for document pre-processing and test harnesses.
