CLIENT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT - Technical Operations Factory-Retrieval systems - Rebus
Monitor and maintain REBUS retrieval systems and related applications. Perform daily operational checks and health monitoring. Troubleshoot application, system, and data retrieval issues. Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. Support batch jobs, data processing, and retrieval workflows. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
