We are seeking an experienced AS400 (IBM iSeries) professional responsible for development, maintenance, administration, and production support of business-critical applications hosted on the IBM i platform. Incident & Problem Management Participate in 24x7 production support activities. Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents. Ensure SLA compliance for incident resolution and service delivery. Database Management Manage DB2/400 databases and optimize query performance. Support database maintenance, data integrity, and troubleshooting. Develop complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with business users, project managers, and technical teams. Provide status updates, effort estimates, and technical documentation. Support audits, compliance requirements, and change management processes.
