Job Summary
"Experience
5–8 years of SAP Security and GRC experience with strong hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA security, Fiori security, GRC Access Control, access review, audit compliance, SAP security testing and SAP BTP security.
Core SAP Security Skills
Independently manage SAP S/4HANA and ECC security operations including role design, role build, role redesign, authorization maintenance and user access troubleshooting.
Drive role build and role redesign using task-based and least-privilege security principles.
Perform medium to complex authorization analysis using SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SUIM, PFCG, authorization objects, traces and security tables.
Translate business requirements into SAP authorization concepts and role design documents.
Support SAP role design workshops with business, functional and technical teams.
Design and support SAP Fiori catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, business roles and launchpad authorization concepts.
Support internal and external audits through evidence collection, access validation, issue remediation and compliance reporting.
Additional Skills – GRC, Access Review, Testing, Migration, SaaS and BTP
Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, EAM and UAR.
Analyze SoD violations, recommend mitigation controls and support risk remediation activities.
Manage Firefighter / Emergency Access Management processes, log reviews and audit reporting.
Drive periodic access certification, user access reviews and compliance reporting.
Support SAP security activities for ECC to S/4HANA conversion, upgrades and migration programs.
Lead security testing execution, defect triage, retesting and cutover security support.
Support SAP BTP security setup including role collections, identity provider integration, authorization assignments and connectivity-related access issues.
Support SAP SaaS security and access governance activities for products such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, SAC, Datasphere, IBP or Fieldglass.
Coordinate with functional, technical, business and audit teams to resolve security and access governance issues.
Guide junior consultants on SAP security operations, testing and documentation activities.
