Job Description (6-9 Years Experience)

Role Summary

  • Experienced System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) L2 Engineer with expertise in runbook development, PowerShell automation, workflow orchestration, and System Center Suite integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for SCORCH environments.
  • Develop and maintain automation runbooks.
  • Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues.
  • Integrate SCORCH with SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
  • Automate IT operational tasks and service requests.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize runbooks.
  • Perform RCA and maintain operational documentation.
