Job description
Job Summary
• Hands-on execution of SAP security administration, role design, and user access management across SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
• Design, build, test, and maintain PFCG roles and authorization structures.
• Support and configure SAP Fiori security, including:
o Launchpad access
o Business roles
o Catalogs, spaces, and pages
o OData/service authorization handling
• Perform authorization troubleshooting and root cause analysis for access issues.
• Work directly with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into secure SAP access models.
• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, access requests, and periodic access reviews.
• Support Segregation of Duties analysis, remediation, and compliance activities.
• Assist with audits, controls testing, and evidence collection related to SAP security.
• Analyze transport impacts and security changes during enhancements, projects, and upgrades.
• Support security design for new S/4HANA capabilities and Fiori applications.
• Maintain security documentation, role mapping, and support procedures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to junior team members or offshore resources.
• Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams regarding security issues, risks, and recommendations.
