Job Summary

We are seeking a ZTNA / Secure Web Gateway (SWG) L2 Engineer with hands-on experience in Appgate SDP and iBoss Secure Web Gateway to support, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize secure remote access and web security solutions. The role will be responsible for incident resolution, policy administration, access governance, user onboarding, and operational support of Zero Trust security services while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and service level

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 operational support for Appgate ZTNA (Software Defined Perimeter) and iBoss SWG platforms.\\r\\nTroubleshoot and resolve user connectivity, authentication, access, and web filtering issues within SLA targets.\\r\\nConfigure and maintain ZTNA access policies, user entitlements, segmentation rules, and application access controls.\\r\\nAdminister web security policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP controls, and threat protection features within iBoss.\\r\\nSupport onboarding and offboarding of applications, users, and business groups.\\r\\nInvestigate security incidents, access anomalies, and policy violations, escalating complex issues to L3 teams as required.\\r\\nMonitor platform health, performance, alerts, and security events.\\r\\nSupport change, release, and maintenance activities for Appgate and iBoss environments.\\r\\nWork closely with IAM, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issues.\\r\\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, KB articles, and operational runbooks.\\r\\nParticipate in RCA activities and recommend continuous service improvements.\\r\\nSupport audit, compliance, and governance requirements related to Zero Trust security controls.

Skill Requirements

Experience with other ZTNA and SWG solutions such as:\\r\\nZscaler ZIA/ZPA\\r\\nNetskope\\r\\nPrisma Access\\r\\nCloudflare Access\\r\\nCisco Secure Access\\r\\nSecurity certifications such as:\\r\\nSecurity+\\r\\nCCNA Security\\r\\nCCNP Security\\r\\nCISSP (Associate)\\r\\nZero Trust Certifications\\r\\nHands-on exposure to:\\r\\nCASB\\r\\nDLP\\r\\nEDR/XDR platforms\\r\\nSSE/SASE architectures\\r\\nExperience with ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.

Other Requirements

3-6 years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Secure Access technologies.\\r\\nMinimum 2+ years of experience supporting ZTNA, SWG, VPN, or Secure Access solutions.\\r\\nHands-on experience with:\\r\\nAppgate SDP / Appgate ZTNA\\r\\niBoss Secure Web Gateway\\r\\nPolicy Management\\r\\nUser Access Administration\\r\\nIncident & Problem Management\\r\\nStrong understanding of:\\r\\nZero Trust Architecture\\r\\nSecure Remote Access\\r\\nIdentity-Aware Access Controls\\r\\nApplication Segmentation\\r\\nWeb Security & Content Filtering\\r\\nKnowledge of:\\r\\nTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS\\r\\nSSL/TLS Certificates\\r\\nProxy Technologies\\r\\nAuthentication & Authorization Models\\r\\nExperience working with:\\r\\nActive Directory\\r\\nAzure AD / Microsoft Entra ID\\r\\nLDAP\\r\\nSAML\\r\\nOAuth\\r\\nOpenID Connect (OIDC)\\r\\nFamiliarity with SIEM tools, security monitoring, and log an
