Job Summary
- Domain delivery experience, specific to client domain, would be an added advantage
- Technical Architect Role below
- 8+ yrs of experience in Microsoft Azure and other cloud services like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Open stack etc. Hands-on experience in more than one cloud will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience architecting projects in Java/Microsoft/Legacy/Client-server technologies.
- Thorough understanding of the modernization process, potential modernization treatments / methods and Cloud enablement
- Very good experience in .Net frameworks, SOA, REST, SOAP.
- Experience in driving Cloud enablement of legacy applications and modern Cloud application development.
- Experience in designing modernized IT landscape/architecture for medium and large Cloud migration projects.
- Thorough understanding and good experience in Cloud migration assessment for Enterprise applications.
- Ability to lead a team of Architects / technology Leads from different technologies and establishing innovation in processes, tools, best practices and reusable components.
- Experience in home grown/third party legacy conversion tools will be a plus.
- Good experience in Delivery and Pre-sales process and a thorough understanding of the nuances of client and internal team relationships is a must.
- Experience in Client RFP’s for large deals
- Experience in Pricing and Estimation methods
- Experience in DevOps tools, Agile PM will be a plus.

- A detailed understanding of modern web, data, AI and devops technologies across AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Brilliant at explaining technical and non-technical concepts. I make Jonathan Van Tam look like Boris Johnson.
- Able to quickly understand new business landscapes and terminologies.
- Getting senior stakeholders and delivery teams to efficiently collaborate in defining, selecting and implementing new systems.
- Introducing or evolving agile architecture practices to improve delivery speed and quality while reducing business risk and increasing productivity
- Implementing governance and automated processes for security, data and technical delivery.
- Integrating legacy and COTS systems using APIs, microservices and/or event-driven SOA including defining business requirements, security models, data models, API interfaces and appropriate cloud solutions such as serverless, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
- Risk analysis and planning of new and existing systems covering all human and machine aspects.
- Experienced with C#, Java, Python and other open source technologies.
- Subject matter expert in APIs, databases, application development, CMS systems and identity management.
- Certified in TOGAF 9.1 (over 80% in Level 1 and 2), CISSP, Agile, Microsoft Architecture, Sitecore and Prince2.
- Architecture expertise in all areas from defining the business case through to risk analysis and design of application interfaces and components at the physical and logical level.

- Profound expertise in classic and cloud infrastructure, visualization, networking, load balancing, deployment automation, orchestration, and system migration.
- Deep understanding of microservices architectural principles. Practical experience with containerization and integrations, as well as CI/CD practices.
- Ability to describe and document architectural and design decisions. Well-rounded in Linux and Windows OS, networking, automation optimization, and troubleshooting.
Goal-oriented, motivated, and organized person with excellent communication skills. Versed in project management, collaboration with distributed teams, and large team management
