Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve advanced VDI incidents and escalations.
  • Manage master images and golden image lifecycle.
  • Configure and troubleshoot FSLogix and profile management solutions.
  • Support application virtualization and delivery solutions.
  • Optimize desktop performance and user experience.
  • Manage VDI capacity and resource utilization.
  • Implement desktop patching and image updates.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues involving AD, DNS, GPO, and storage.
  • Assist in migration and upgrade activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
  • Mentor L2 support engineers.
