About the Role:

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.

·        Provide strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.

·        Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.

·        Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms

·        Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.

·        Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.

·        Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

·        Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 5+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• Required:

Should be CIS – CSM certified.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
