  • Manage vendors for installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment; coordinate with vendors and CFT for full process qualification.
  • Lead new project conceptualization, machine design and development, machine buy‑off, and qualification activities.
  • Develop new manufacturing processes and create comprehensive process documentation including PFC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs, based on deep understanding of product requirements.
  • Prepare and optimize cycle time analysis and capital investment for new products; continuously drive cost reduction through process optimization and automation.
  • Perform capacity and layout planning and execute manufacturing line setups for new products and projects.
  • Support manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives, quality issue resolution, new product launches, engineering changes, and lessons learned.
  • Develop and implement systems to optimize all phases of production while conducting detailed root‑cause analysis for operational issues.
  • Review product designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommend changes to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE / B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
