Security Incident Management

• Manage security incidents through ServiceNow SIR.
• Automate incident creation from SIEM and security monitoring tools.
• Coordinate incident workflows with SOC and Cyber Security teams.
• Track incident lifecycle from detection to closure.

Vulnerability Management

• Integrate vulnerability scanners such as:
• Tenable
• Qualys
• Rapid7
• Microsoft Defender
• Configure Vulnerability Response workflows.
• Support remediation tracking and reporting.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for vulnerability management.

Certifications:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)
