Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in UiPath and general software engineering principles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots that deliver measurable improvements to our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to address specific business needs.
Develop comprehensive testing plans and perform thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
Using UiPath Orchestrator to deploy RPA solutions into production environments, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly.
Create detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides using UiPath PSDD template.
Stay updated on the latest RPA and automation trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business analysts, Project managers, and Software developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an RPA lead Developer, with expertise in UiPath (Mandatory to have hands on exp in Document Understanding/Communications Mining/AI Center/Action Center/AI/ML & Modern activities with Object Repository and other advanced features of UiPath) with Microsoft Power Automate a plus
Good to have experience with UiPath Studio 2022 version or above
Programming skills, preferably in languages such as C#, Python, or Java a plus
Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
Experience with RPA deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using UiPath with Power Automate a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices.
Certifications in UiPath Agentic Automation Developer, UiSAIA, UiADP,AI Certifiedis a must with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
